For 2025, the quarterly dues are $7,000. (due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st). Due to a surplus from the pipeline project, the quarterly dues collected are $6,500 per unit.
The dues include all common area maintenance, landscaping and irrigation, a community pool, fitness center, clubhouse with kitchen facilities, all exterior building maintenance and insurance, professional property management.
There is a community pool, clubhouse with kitchen facilities, direct beach access, fitness center and underground parking.
